Top / Bottom 30 - July 2001 - Expert

Based on racquet measurements done by technicians at the U.S. Racquet Stringers Association, published in Racquet Tech. The top 30 are excellent choices for players with skill and strength intermediate and up. Weak players should also consider the macro criterion of Dexterity, which is not included here. The rankings under the macro criteria were weighted thus: 1.5*Elbow Safety + Wrist Safety + Shoulder Safety + Efficiency. To see the rankings under the macro criteria, click on the blue letters. Expert players may disregard the Dexterity rankings, because they have the strength to wield the heavy, head-light, high swingweight racquets that score well otherwise.
